Hi, I’m Katie
At 34, my life came to an abrupt stop. My corporate career ended, my normal routines disappeared, and I found myself facing a mildly terrifying question:
What do I actually want my life to look like?
Intentional-ish is where I’m figuring that out in real time—rebuilding at 34 through wellness, connection and more thoughtful choices.
This isn’t a perfectly curated transformation, a flawless wellness routine, or a step-by-step guide from someone who has already mastered life. I’m rebuilding as I go—learning how to take better care of myself, create meaningful connections, spend more thoughtfully, and build a life that genuinely works for me.
Here, you’ll find honest conversations about physical and mental wellness, realistic routines, food, friendship, starting over, and making intentional choices on an imperfectly human budget.
Some days will involve meal prep, meditation, and checking things off a beautifully organized list. Other days, the intentional choice may be ordering takeout and going to bed early.
That’s the -ish.
I don’t believe living intentionally means doing everything perfectly. I think it means paying attention, choosing what matters, and being willing to adjust when something isn’t working.
If you’re also starting over, changing direction, or simply trying to build a life that feels more like your own, you’re in the right place.
Let’s figure it out together—with intention…ish.
